Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and insurance
- Recommended for time-sensitive orders
- Free Shipping – via EMS (for orders over $50)
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
- Includes basic tracking
Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees which are not included in shipping costs.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our premium motorcycle gear. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Requirements
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging
- All tags and protective coverings must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Body Armour & Protection (once removed from packaging)
- Helmets (due to hygiene and safety regulations)
- Communication Systems (if opened)
- Goggle Lens (if removed from original packaging)
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Contact Our Rider Support Team
Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return/exchange
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions
- Return address (based on your location)
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package the item securely with all original packaging and include:
- Return authorization number (clearly visible)
- Copy of your invoice or packing slip
Important: Ship using a trackable method. We recommend insuring your return package as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse.
Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once received, our team will inspect the item(s) within 3-5 business days. We’ll notify you via email when:
- Your refund has been processed
- Your exchange item is being shipped
- If there are any issues with your return
Refund Information
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
- For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item
International Returns
For riders outside the United States:
- You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with the return
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
- We cannot refund original shipping costs for international orders
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost
- In some cases, we may request return of the damaged item
